Welcome to Yulong

Yulong Eco-Materials Limited is a vertically integrated manufacturer of eco-friendly building products located in the city of Pingdingshan in Henan Province, China. Its primary operating entities, Yulong Concrete and Yulong Brick, began operations in 2004 and 2006, respectively, and since that time have become Pingdingshan's leading producers of fly-ash bricks and concrete.

Yulong recently completed its state of the art, vertically integrated recycling plant and brick plant with two lines and its new research and development center.
Recent Developments
Exclusive Hauling License

Received exclusive license through 2032 to haul and process construction waste within the built-up area of Pindingshan.

Fleet of 120 Haul Trucks

Contracted to acquire an additional 70 haul trucks to augment our current fleet of 50 trucks for a total of 120 haul trucks to transport the waste

State-of-the-Art Recycling Plant Operational since April 2015

Built a new state-of-the-art recycling plant to process construction waste, and a new brick plant which utilizes the processed waste.

Expansion in other cities

August 2015: Commenced waste hauling and recycling operations in the Liangyuan district section of a high-speed railway construction project in Shangqiu, Henan Province.

Yulong has redeployed 15 hauling trucks from its existing operations in Pingdingshan to Shangqiu. Yulong to receive 19 RMB (or approx. $3) per metric ton of hauled waste; the project is expected to generate over 1.3 million metric tons of construction waste through its completion.

Fiscal 2015 Financial and Recent Operational Highlights
  • Fiscal 2015 revenue of $46.2 million increased 4% on $44.5 million in fiscal 2014;
  • Fiscal 2015 net income of $8.7 million or $1.08 per share;
  • Ended fiscal 2015 with approximately $16.5 million in cash;
  • Working capital sufficient to support expansion efforts;

  • New eco-friendly brick plant and waste recycling plant, with exclusive hauling license in Pingdingshan, became operational in April 2015;
  • State-of-the-art research center established to develop new eco-friendly products and increase efficiency of existing construction waste products;
  • Expanded its recycling business outside of Pingdingshan.
